    PT Yes the Tom Minto that was mentioned is the son of the late Jimmy who died early this year. Tom is a biology teacher.

    Mrs Gaw August August 1974- June 1989
    Mrs E McLean August 1989 - June 1995
    Mrs Moria Crocker August 1993 - June 1994
    Mrs Maureen Denningberg - Left Dalry Primary School August 1995 - December 2003
    Mrs Anne Hunter - Latest Head Teacher January 2004 -

    i was there late sixties..mr mcauly he played the violin..there was old squeely she liked a wee tipple always seemed to have a black eye for some reason..mr weir was headmaster .happy days if you were a sado masochist lol :lol:

    I WENT TO HAYOCKS PRIMARY WHEN IT FIRST OPENED IN 1965 I SPENT 1 YEAR AT THE OLD HIGH SCHOOL,TILL IT WAS READY ABOUT 12 OF US USED TO BE TAKEN BY ONE OF OUR NNEIGHBOURS IN HER VAN

    My Dad knew Jimmy Minto but I don't whether he knew he had died or not. My younger brother Kevan along with Gordon Smith went to Hayocks Primary when it first opened. I can remember playing in the building site and discovering the hazards of fibreglass matting.
